1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Legalization Service AB ("we", "us" or "our") services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Terms apply from the moment you accept them prior to placing an order.

2. Service Description

We provide legalization services for documents intended for use abroad. This includes handling documents, communication with relevant authorities, embassies and other entities, as well as shipping of documents. We do not guarantee processing times, outcomes or acceptance. Processing and decisions are made by third parties (embassies/consulates, notaries public, chambers of commerce, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, translators).

3. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete documents
• Specifying the correct destination and legalization requirements
• Paying for the services as agreed
• Verifying that all information is correct before placing the order

4. Limitation of Liability

We are only responsible for the services we have undertaken to perform in accordance with these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for delays, rejections, changes in requirements or other actions by third parties.

• No guarantee of processing times, outcomes or acceptance; timelines are indicative only
• Third-party actions (embassies/consulates, notaries, chambers, MFA, translators) are outside our control and at their sole discretion
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid to us for the specific service; we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages

5. Pricing

All prices are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change with prior notice.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours from the time of ordering, provided that processing has not started. Official fees, courier costs and other third‑party charges may be non‑refundable once incurred.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms. Changes will be announced on our website.
